On 19th May 2021, IFPMA, EFPIA, BIO, PhRMA, ABPI, ICBA, and Vaccines Europe called on manufacturers, governments, and non-governmental organizations to take immediate action to advance COVID-19 vaccine equity, proposing 5 steps to take – step up dose sharing, continue to optimize production, call out trade barriers to be eliminated, support country readiness, and drive further innovation – with urgence.
